Digital products are non-refundable.  ButByEveryWord do not offer refunds for those who do not do their due diligence to ensure the product and services is the right fit for them. It is the customers responsibility to review the sales page and terms and conditions carefully prior to purchase, use or access to any of the products and services. Please note, exclusive discounts and sales are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Any products on clearance are non-refundable. Please read the descriptions carefully. ButByEveryWord pack the items with the utmost care using new, recyclable, and reusable materials to ensure their safe delivery to customer’s home, however, long journeys sometimes involve many hands which can lead to accidents, broken or damaged items.

Damaged caused during transit/shipping is not under  ButByEveryWord ’s control, so a refund will not be given. Please ask about adding insurance on your packages, most of the packages will not be insured. In case of damages please contact  ButByEveryWord  and send pictures of the damaged goods in the box and  ButByEveryWord  will try make a claim from the shipping company. If the shipping company approved the claim, a reimbursement will be given. Please note that the reimbursement amount is may or may not be the same amount as the price you paid.
 

If you receive broken or damaged items.

 1. Contact  ButByEveryWord immediately upon receipt of the item(s) and inform the situation

2. Provide  ButByEveryWord with photographs of the damaged items and packaging

3. (For items not vintage and not on final sale) Return the damaged items to  ButByEveryWord . Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
